Shipping Policy — laifen.sa (SmartPlus Company / شركة ذكاء وأكثر)

• Processing time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time: within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of shipment, across Saudi Arabia.
• Tracking: a tracking number and link are sent once the order is dispatched.
• Shipping costs (Saudi Arabia): free shipping on orders of SAR 150 or more before VAT. The threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts and before VAT (SAR 172.50 including 15% VAT, as prices are displayed on the site). Orders below the threshold pay SAR 30 shipping.
• Shipping costs (other countries): calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• Address changes: contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.
• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address: additional costs or reshipment are the customer's responsibility.
