All orders ship from our warehouse in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. All prices on this website include VAT (15%).

  • Shipping Costs (Saudi Arabia): 30 SAR per order for orders under SAR 150 before VAT. Free shipping on orders of SAR 150 or more before VAT (this covers every hair dryer and toothbrush on this store). The threshold is applied at checkout to the order subtotal after discounts and before VAT, which equals SAR 172.50 including 15% VAT as prices are displayed on this site. Free shipping applies to delivery within Saudi Arabia only. The exact amount is shown at checkout before payment.

  • Shipping Costs (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar): 119 SAR per order (selected items 75 SAR). The exact amount is shown at checkout before payment.

  • Shipping Costs (Other countries): 150 SAR per order, shown at checkout before payment.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed to the courier within 1-2 business days (Sunday to Thursday).

  • Delivery Time: Within Saudi Arabia, orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days and within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of shipment. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.

  • Tracking Information: Once dispatched, the tracking number and tracking link are sent to you so you can follow your order.

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details (including the national address) at the time of order placement.

  • Responsiveness: Customers are expected to respond promptly to any communication from the delivery company to facilitate smooth delivery.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee the change if the order is already processed.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details provided by the customer, the responsibility for any additional costs or reshipment lies with the customer.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes (international orders): Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
