Return Policy
Return & Exchange Policy for Non-Manufacturing Defects:
If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product for any reason, the following conditions apply:

The product box/carton has been opened and the original outer packaging removed, but the product has not been used.

All accessories, manuals, included items, and any gift cards or promotional gifts must be returned in full.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted with a 30% deduction from the order value to cover shipping fees
Shipping Costs:
Responsibility for shipping costs varies depending on the reason for return:

Change of mind / Not suitable:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (return label fee), which will be deducted from the refunded amount. -
Manufacturing defect / Wrong item received:
Our warranty policy will apply.
The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been used or had their original packaging opened.

Damage resulting from misuse (such as dropping, breaking, or using the wrong electrical voltage).

Products purchased through unauthorized resellers (an invoice from our store must be provided).

Products that have already been exchanged are not eligible for return or exchange.
After we receive the returned product and our team inspects it to confirm its condition, the refund process will begin.
The refund process usually takes 7 to 14 business days and will be returned to the same payment method used during the purchase (credit card, Mada, etc.).
Before Shipping:
The customer can cancel the order and receive a full refund free of charge, provided the shipment has not been handed over to the courier.
After Shipping:
If the order has been handed over to the courier, it will be treated as a "return," and the shipping fees (both ways) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Undelivered Order:
If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as not being available, not answering, or refusing to receive the order), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs (both ways). These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.
