Introduction: Laifen Saudi is committed to providing high-quality products, and we guarantee that our products are free from any defects in materials or manufacturing under the following conditions:
A 2-year (24-month) warranty from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice. This warranty covers the motor and the internal parts of the main device.
Warranty Scope:
The warranty covers the replacement of the device in the event of manufacturing defects that affect the product’s performance and overall user experience.
Exclusions
Cases Not Covered by Warranty:
Damages resulting from misuse, such as dropping the device, breakage, exposure to water or liquids, or using an incompatible electrical voltage.
Damages caused by lack of proper maintenance, specifically failure to regularly clean the bottom filter, which may lead to motor overheating and damage.
Unauthorized attempts to open or repair the device outside Laifen’s approved service centers.
Damages resulting from normal wear and tear (such as scratches on the outer body).
Shipping Costs:
Within the first 7 days: If a manufacturing defect appears within 7 days of receiving the product, Laifen Saudi will cover all shipping costs (pickup and return).
After 7 days: The device may be taken to one of our authorized service centers, or the customer may ship the defective product to us at their own expense. Laifen Saudi will cover the cost of shipping the replacement device back to the customer.
How to Claim:
To benefit from the warranty, please contact us via email at [hello@laifen.sa] and provide the following:
A photo or video clearly showing the issue.
A clear copy of the purchase invoice (or order number).
Limitation of Liability:
The company’s responsibility is limited to replacing the product, and it shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from device malfunction.
Governing Law:
This warranty policy is subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Unauthorized Repair: The warranty will be void if the device is opened or repaired by any unauthorized party or technician not approved by Laifen Saudi.
Accessories Warranty : A two-year warranty applies to the motor and the main body of the device. As for the included accessories (such as styling nozzles), they are covered by a warranty of [for example, 3 months] against manufacturing defects.
Policy Amendments:
Laifen SA reserves the right to amend the terms of this warranty policy at any time.
