Warranty policy

Warranty Period:

Laifen offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against factory defects in materials and workmanship.

Scope of Warranty:

This warranty covers only factory defects and does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or alterations.

Proof of Purchase:

To be eligible for warranty service, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase from Laifen SA.

Warranty Service:

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Laifen SA will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product without charge. Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or any modification to the product as originally shipped by Laifen SA.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the defective product to Laifen SA for warranty service.

Laifen SA will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced item to the customer.

Limitation of Liability:
