Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Factory-Defected Products:
- If you received a product that is defective due to manufacturing faults, you are eligible for a return.
- Please report the defect within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
- We require proof of the defect, which may include photos or a detailed description of the issue.

Unopened Products in New Condition:
- If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the product, provided that it is unopened and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee:We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Non-returnable items:
- Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items or products that have been used or opened, unless they are factory defected.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
